Rooms & toilet were clean. Comfy bed.

Took my mum & uncle whom both has knee problems for short getaway. Wanted to drop off mum & uncle (both using walking stick) but was told by the guard to move the car to parking lot. Despite explaining repeatly, we were told to move. Furious, i drove to the parking lot. Mum had to walk a distance to take the lift. While wating in line to checkin, saw few cars dropping of their family at main entrance 😡. Why the double standard?????
