Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Vidalia by IHG

This hotel was very clean and the amenities were very updated and my check in was flawless. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff very gracious. Property immaculate. Gym equipment and pool maintained.

The facility was very nice and very clean. The surroundings were safe with a couple of eateries in walking distance. The breakfast was a little less than desired but continental breakfast was acceptable.

Disappointed that a charge of $25.00 was put on each of the 2 rooms rrserved. Not sure why this was necessary. Rooms were paid for in advance and processed on my credit card. Was not advised when reservation made that there would be additional charge of $25.00 per room. Also aggravated that at 9:30 pm, on day of checkin, received a call from the front desk stating there was a complaint that running and jumping complaint was received from the room below us in one of the rooms. There was no “running and jumping in the room!!!

Coffee so weak could see through. Room next to laundry so heard machines running while trying to sleep.

Our first night, the fire alarm went off 11:00 pm. The clerk on duty, told us to ignore the alarm and go back to bed. The fire department was not called and made us uncomfortable about going back to bed. The room was partially comped. The second night was much better.
