Nous avons réservé ce logement un mois à l’avance. Nous arrivions tard, après minuit. Nous avons envoyé 4 messages sur booking, un mail et plusieurs sms, pour demander si l’heure d’arrivée serait acceptée. N’ayant aucune réponse, nous avons tenté d’annuler notre réservation, sans succès. La veille de notre arrivée, miracle, une réponse ! C’est ok, nous pouvons appeler quand nous arrivons. A notre arrivée, tout était fermé. Nous avons dû trouver un hébergement en plein milieu de la nuit qui nous a coûté le double.
