직원이 정말 친절하고 좋았습니다. 제가 여행하며 만난 직원 중 가장 친절한 분인것 같습니다. 체크인 전 미리 짐을 맡기려고 찾아갔는데 이른 체크인을 도와주셨고 그 사이 가족들에게 제빙기, 정수기, 세탁기 등의 시설과 어메니티를 안내해주셨습니다. 웰컴 과자를 하나 주셨는데 정말 맛있었습니다. 환갑인 아버지를 포함한 4명 가족 여행으로 지내기에 충분히 크고 조용하고 편안했습니다. 주변 편의점이 도보 5~10분 정도 거리가 있다는 것 말고는 완벽했습니다. 교토 여행으로 내내 걸어다니다가 저녁은 숙소에서 우버 배달 음식과 편의점 음식을 먹었는데 배달도 잘 받을 수 있었고 즐거웠습니다!

This hotel is walking distance from Kyoto station. Staff is super helpful and kind, and there are all necessities available for guests. The room is spacious, with big private bathroom and separate private toilet making it really comfortable and cozy. We could also wash our laundry and dry it without a problem.

Windows are facing a nearby wall so could be a problem if you need direct sunlight.
