Very peaceful. Undercover hot tub was perfect for the weather.

The bed was comfortable and the hot tub had the fire going when we arrived.

Completely overpriced for what was available. VERY rustic. No hot water for the shower or washing the dishes. No lighter or matches for the gas stove. Serious mould on the blinds. We had the resident cat’s bed and food set up in our chalet. We don’t mind cats but not everyone is a cat lover. Don’t expect an animal in your accommodation if it’s not your own.

Absolutely loved the style of the cottage and how cozy it was. The wood fired hot tub was a blessing!

Everything was in order.

The wood fired hot tub and unlimited wood supply. It was peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well equiped. Bedding/towels were clean and comfortable.

Both bedrooms and bathrooms should have been completely set up/organised - main bathroom didn't have a mirror and sink tap too large to properly use the sink, 2nd bedroom the bed wasn't made and there weren't any towels or mats to use - not all couples share bedrooms/bathrooms). ALOT of huntsman spiders! Maybe exterminate once a month? Also, a rail around the outside deck would have been appreciated. Maybe put slip mats around the hot tub as the floor is very slippery. Braai cleaning tools were definitely down to their last bristle.

All the flies, the shower and bath was disgusting. It really need some attention.

The friendly staff, the cat Sebastian, the beautiful views and lovely area.

I was, unfortunately, bitten by a spider or insect.
