De tuin, het zwembad, het fantastische ontbijt en niet te vergeten al het vriendelijke en vrolijke personeel. En ja de heerlijke kamer met fijne douche en heerlijk bad.

Great location - close to ski bus, ski rentals as well as the shopping area. We particularly liked the spacious room with 5 distinct areas: entry, bath, sleeping, living, and nice balcony. The views of the Matterhorn were unbeatable! The pool and spa area was excellent as well.

The room was big, cleaned every day, very good breakfast and very nice spa zone. I totally recommend this hotel in Zermatt. Beds were confortable, the view was nice and there is a nice area at the reception where you can stay.

For the smallest room, the bathroom had no privacy at all. It had a very see through glass that separated it from the rest of the room. It does appear in the photos posted, but I didnt check when booking. Other rooms do not have this configuration.

Very nice hotel. Delicious breakfast, nice views from the room to Matterhorn, good location. Very friendly and helpful staff, provided good recommendations and were highly accommodating.

There was nothing to complain about at this hotel.
