Such a beautiful hotel with stunning views of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Lovely, clean room - I actually prefer the flatter pillows

The room could get a bit warm but opening the balcony doors easily fixed that

Fanstastic, clean and well equipped rooms, great facilities, very good location and friendly staff.

Breakfast was very good but could have had a bit more options. But that was a minor thing.
