"Nice place would have been better with a few more amenities in the room"

The breakfast was just okay.

My biggest complaint is no coffee in the rooms. Who in the world wants to get up and have to get fully dressed to go downstairs to get a cup of coffee? It makes no sense to me. A microwave in the room would also have been very nice. It's not like your rooms are not big enough to accommodate these things. That was very disappointing

Room was fine & fresh bedding, beds comfortable.

Unwelcoming staff, appalling breakfast & cleanliness. Location good for getting to the theatre, shop’s & train station, but a very run down area that doesn’t feel safe

The enviroment. I attended my SNHU Commencement and the whole staff was si cheerful! Thanks a lot

Needs more bath amenities and free parking. A but expensive for this category
