I truly enjoyed the entire experience at the hotel. From the very first moment, the staff was welcoming and professional, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was extremely clean, well-prepared, and pleasantly scented. The view from the room was beautiful, and the environment was quiet, warm, and very cozy, which made the night especially comfortable. Parking was quick and easy, even with the snowfall overnight. In the morning, having coffee and tea available at the reception was a lovely touch. The breakfast was simple but very good, well-organized, and perfectly suited to the hotel’s atmosphere. The location was also excellent, very close to the event we attended, which made our stay even more convenient.

The only minor inconvenience was the cold floor in the room and bathroom. Since the room had no carpet and we didn’t bring slippers, we had to wear socks at all times, including in the bathroom. Aside from that, everything met or exceeded our expectations.
