Riad Fes Madaw

Great location, Ali owner is a very good person! They can serve tea to the terrace (roof top). We also had a lunch inside and it was very good. Breakfasts are good, lots of variety, except for the margarine (artificial butter). I hope they will start serving a good butter. But that's a minor issue. We had a good sleep in the night and during the day.

Margarine (artificial butter) served with breakfast. Wifi signal could be better inside the room. Repeating music. I recommend more calm and classic music such as oud. (Minor issue, you can just ask Ali to stop music) Shower cover is too short, water was splashing all around, but that's minor issue.

The staff is really lovely (they managed to book a guide for us last minute) and the riad is wonderful, especially the terrace! Location is perfect as well as it’s next to the medina but away from crowded streets.

Ali the manager went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. From organising our taxi to and from the airport to organising a guide on our first morning and a day trip to Volubilis and Meknes. The Riad is gorgeous. Very authentic and beautifully decorated.
