Room was needing a refresh. A/C was not functioning right, wouldn't shut off, and smelled bad. There had been a leak at the window over it and had not been repaired. Looked like it was mold on it from the moisture. Twice tried calling the front desk to ask them to do something about it and they never answered. When I finally walked down, to tell them about the A/C they claimed they never heard the phone. They never sent anyone to fix it. The smell was through the whole hallway as well. Last choice hotel.

The location was convenient to downtown. The rooms were very comfortable. The people working at Reception were very welcoming. Parking is convenient. Pet friendly!

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the check in clerk was friendly. It was also nice that the ice maker actually worked on our floor! I have stayed at some hotels and the ice maker would be out of order.
