"Outstanding staff and very dog friendly"

This Hampton Inn provided one of the best experiences we have had in many years of traveling. During our stay, Franklin, NC experienced a power outage from 3am to almost 10am. The staff quickly put together a hot breakfast for all the guests when the power came back on. They even extended the breakfast hours to accommodate everyone. They went above and beyond. The entire staff was very friendly and they all loved our dogs. Rooms were very clean. Easy five minute drive to downtown Franklin and hiking trails. We plan to spend many future vacations at the Hampton Inn in Franklin, NC. Thank you.
