Four Points by Sheraton Spartanburg

Great location for what I was in town for.

Walls were a bit thin, and the lack of windows to the outside was a little strange. Pillows were also way too thin.

Staff great and rooms and inside was super clean

Location , lots of people just allowed to loiter and hang outside you don't know if they belong to the hotel or what but did not feel super safe with several people just loitering in the parking lot near your car.

Staff is amazing! Restaurant is delicious and the rooms are very comfortable.

The check in and out time was awesome my baby was able to take a swim before the day

The staff were great. Friendly and even remembered my name. Our room was clean and spacious.

I requested a handicap room because I have great difficulty walking. The room itself was great but it was on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hall. Which ment I had a long distance to walk. It was very hard to walk that distance each time we left or returned to the room.
