Was ok some hair in bathtub and train noises but other than that was ok also missed breakfast got time mixed up I thought it was 7-9

I had a perfect one night stay. Front desk were friendly and efficient and the room was clean and simple. This trip was not about fuss, this is be a great hotel for someone who is visiting family in the valley or just traveling through.

Amazing place to stay.

The hotel is nice and clean. The service is amazing and the breakfast is delicious. They have many amenities, in-door pool, gym, bikes for use around the area. If you come with your family, there are lots of games to play, as well as a pool table and lounging areas. Some issues we did encounter that caused the 4 star review instead of 5 is in the rooms themselves. The beds are not very comfortable and in the double queen room, one of the beds is so close to the wall that I kept hitting my knees and feet on it when getting out of the bed. There are no closets or drawers to put anything away and in the accessible room, there are only rolling chairs. For people with canes/walkers, it simply isn’t safe. They said they have no other chairs they can provide. Overall, I think this is a great hotel for families for short stays but if you need to be here more than a couple days the storage issues may be a problem.

Love all the amenities and very family friendly. The staff was amazing and helpful. Shout out to Hayden that was super nice and answered any questions we had. Great location and breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices so even the picky eaters ate.

There were lots of activities for us to enjoy while staying there! Friendly staff and really good vibes.

The tv wasn’t working. (They did offer to move us rooms) so we just skipped out on tv and stayed in our room out of convenience.

Bed sucked, check in is late however they did help with that, small rooms, was supposed to have Mountain View but all I seen was a road, again bed really sucked it’s like sleeping on the floor. Room was super small. Way too expensive a night for amenities. Actually very disappointed and unhappy with my stay

Staff and service were excellent. I liked the surrounding environment. It is a quiet place. However, I didn't like the fact that the rooms don't have carpets, I am a carpet guy
