Breakfast was lovely, nice choices, situated in a lovely village with 40 min train journey to Warszawa if needed and had nice park and cafes. Lovely big bedroom. Comfy bed.

Need better blinds, very light in the morning. Only one small bin that didn't get emptied the whole 4 days we were there so was full and had to make a new bin.

Very nice room,nice hall, salon. The whole hôtel is like a villa, very cozy ans class.

As it's a old house, the isolation is very bad, we can hear the neighbor like if they're just in the same room as you. The wall is like made of carton.

It is good - but attention should be given for bathrooms so no leakages, and for breakfast that in case if food tolerances adequate options are available

The guesthouse is small but very welcoming. It has a nice interior, everything is clean. You can make coffee or tea any time in the dining room. It is located in a peaceful neighbourhood with tall oak trees all around. We saw a pizza oven, a small sauna house and bath tub in the yard (I guess, they are rather offered during summer). The house looked very beautiful in the autumn colours and with the warm lights. The breakfast was simple but good enough. We even got pancakes (when I first asked, the lady said they don't have any, but then 5 minutes later - what a surprise - she served us tasty filled pancakes!). We visited the PTAK Warsaw Expo (around 20 minutes away by car) and for our stay of 2 nights the house was just perfect!

The location is fantastic. A lot of trees nearby the hotel and other houses. The hotel is close to the train station and forrest. The atmosphere was quite and cozy. The breakfast was good as well.

The blinds didn't close properly so very bright in the mornings, outside area closed as doing works so hot tub and sauna not available.

I will definitely come again, because I really liked it. Room was clean, staff was amazing and helpful, quiet neighbour and tasty breakfast for a good price. I recommend this hotel if you want to relax and stay away from big crowds.
