Camera accogliente e molto pulita anche se non molto grande. Personale cortese e pronto a fornire supporto ed informazioni. Posizione buona, centro città raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Buona ed abbondante colazione

I got the honeymoon suit for a good price. Service was superb and the property was well maintained. Had breakfast with the hotel manager and she was very polite. Only thing that was a bit of the problem was the location. The hotel was in urgur which didn't hv much to do and most attractions were in goreme

We had the most amazing time at Misty Cave Hotel. The hotel is very, very, very nice and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It's the perfect place to chill after a full day of taking in the sights in Cappadocia. Mr. Emre Basser gave us the VIP treatment and provided the best service--very helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to meet our requests. I highly recommend this hotel. Two thumbs up!

The stay was really good. All amenities are on point and Emre, the receptionist, was really accommodating and gave us a VIP treatment. The place is good, and food is excellent too. I definitely would recommend Misty Cave Hotel for travellers, especially those who are first timers

Die Zimmer waren einfach einzigartig. Ein kleines Hotel mit ganz unterschiedlichen Zimmern, sehr liebevoll ausgestattet.

The room was comfortable eventhough it was not the cave room I have picked from Booking.com. The staff was helpful, carried all of our luggages to our room.

I had food poisoning in this Hotel after 3 hours I had the breakfast. And it was only food that I have eaten. I had nausea, fever and diarrhea. Next day, my husband checked the breakfast again and noticed the cheeses had fungus. (That s not the type of cheese which is supposed to have fungus.) We came to Turkey from Germany. Yesterday and today I am sick. My 2 days is just gone. Could not do anything other than being on my bed. I have talked to the waiters and kitchen Chef. They accepted the cheese was spoiled. When I talked to the hotel manager she said there is nothing wrong with cheese. They told me that I need a doctor report to initiate refund process via Booking.com. They obviously made a mistake but instead of beeing supportive the hotel manager was just fighting with us. I had a horrible stay here.

O hotel é muito bom, acomodações confortáveis e modernas. A respeito do quarto a única questão realmente ruim é a cortina no banheiro ao invés de uma porta convencional, é realmente bastante desagradável utilizar o banheiro sem a privacidade adequada. O staff é simpático, mas não falam inglês, então a comunicação é nula, isso prejudica muito. Acabam tendo muita dificuldade em ajudar e não conseguem responder perguntas simples.

Menuda maravilla de alojamiento! A 5 minutos andando del centro que es lo suficientemente alejado para estar SUUUUPER tranquilos! Nos alojamos en la suite nupcial y fue todo un acierto 😍 Como nos arrepentimos de haber estado solo una noche! El alojamiento es nuevo, la habitación tenía todos los detalles posibles, en el baño gel, champú, acondicionador, crema para el cuerpo, espuma especial para la bañera de hidromasaje, etc, todos los detalles que os podáis imaginar! El desayuno es un espectáculo a la altura del alojamiento, según te ven llegar te preparan al momento una tortilla francesa y tiene buffet de cosas dulces y saladas, todo riquísimo! Arriba tienen una terracita muy mona con un columpio digno de foto😍 Lo mejor de la habitación fue la cama, jamás hemos dormido en un colchón tan cómodo, tanto que cuando nos fuimos le preguntamos al chico de recepción de que marca era! Muchas gracias a todo el personal por su hospitalidad y buen trato, si volvemos a Capadocia nos alojaremos de nuevo con vosotros!
