Excellent Stay with Exceptional Hospitality My family and I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata, and what truly made it special was the warmth and genuine care shown by the staff throughout our visit. A very special appreciation goes to Surojit Das (Front Office Executive), who, as our Duty Manager, was responsible for coordinating and overseeing all arrangements during our stay. He played the most vital role in ensuring that our extended stay at this premium property was comfortable, seamless, and enjoyable. His proactive approach, attention to detail, prompt assistance, and constant willingness to help made a significant difference to our overall experience. We are sincerely grateful for his exceptional support and hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to the housekeeping team—Sudam, Swaraj, and Sudipta Paul (Manager)—for always keeping our room spotless and comfortable. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to Chef Bubai, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One day, we were craving a chicken sandwich that wasn’t even on the regular menu, but he kindly took the effort to prepare it for us anyway—and it was absolutely delicious! It was gestures like these that made us feel truly valued as guests. We would also like to thank Mithun for his excellent service and hospitality during our stay. A very special appreciation goes to Pappu from the drinks section. Despite having a hearing impairment, he consistently served guests with remarkable efficiency, kindness, and professionalism. His positive attitude, warm smile, and dedication to his work left a lasting impression on our family. He is a wonderful example of how true hospitality comes from the heart. To make our farewell even more special, the team surprised us with a small pastry for a farewell cake-cutting. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect ending to a wonderful family vacation. The entire team made us feel welcomed, cared for, and at home. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality transformed our stay from simply comfortable to truly memorable. The rooms were appropriate and the food was satisfactory, overall a pleasing stay. Good service. (Sudam and Suraj)

Everything was good. Servers in the restaurant were very good especially Mr. Mithun who was very good, friendly and excellent server. Staff at the reception was also very good and helpful.

Had a excellent saty. Hygienic room conditions with good cleanliness. And prompt service by puja Jaya babita kiran mithun and all staff. Also front desk kankana also very good. Puja madam as taken extra care of our supper senior citizen - my beloved father sree singham ilaiih age 98 years young. With very good good. Chef prasanta very good taking care of our. Interested food items such as rassam.

It was a great experience staying here, The view from my room was stunning and the location is also very nice. The staff were so kind and Sudam has been a great help. Really enjoyed here and would recommend everyone to stay here.
