The location is quite far and not close to the convenient store but you have a free hotel shuttle service if you need to stop by.

Alan and family were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to give us rides to different ski areas and to Yamato before catching the bus to Nagano. The homemade wonton soup breakfast was a highlight of my trip.

Great place to stay for a snow trip! The host and staff were super friendly and helpful. Will come back again for sure!

Staff was great. Very helpful. Dug our car out of the snow with a snow blower very early in the morning. Breakfast was good. O-furo was very, very nice.

I loved the old school vibe of this place. Alan, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and lovely company. It was like coming home every night. We ate out with Alan, his wife and cousin who also run the hotel, and we had so much fun. We were cooked beautiful breakfast every morning and by evening we drank and sat by the fireplace. I would rate 10/10 for the hospitality and service.

Inside house is cozy and decorations are so cute,clean. Breakfast is so good also dinner delicious. They have a heater in my room, pillow and bed are good to sleep:)

The location is very convenient, only 10 min to Hakuba Iwatake mountain. From Hakuba station 15 min by car. There is a The NorthFace flagship store, family restaurant, and 7-11 convenient store near the station. The hotel is cozy and clean. Bed is very comfy. Breakfast is simple but delicious. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the conversation with him, and will definitely visit again!
