I was woken up by a drunk couple next door, they were screaming, shouting and banging for hours. The fact they were not removed from the hotel is beyond me. I had no one even mention this, say sorry nothing. Outrageous customer service really and the situation was handled okay I suppose but genuinely would like my money back. I booked a night to stay as had to attend an event for work. I managed to get about 2hrs sleep, woke up late, had to fly out and was an hour late to set up for a charity event Pier 2 Pier. I will be writing a complaint directly to the hotel.

The photos don't do the room justice at all. Much bigger than we thought plus a kitchenette area and our own private garden. For the price it was well well worth the money and more. The location was perfect, a minute walk from the pier and funfairs which was ideal for us given that my husband and I are both disabled. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely breakfast each morning and spent some time in the bar area in the evening chatting. Will deffo be returning.
