The location was convenient and the property itself has good potential. The environment was generally calm and comfortable.

The rooms are not cleaned during your stay. I stayed for 13 nights and my room was never cleaned even once. This was actually my second time staying here, and unfortunately the room was not as clean as it was during my first stay 3 years ago. It was quite disappointing this time around. I understand the policy is to clean rooms every 2 weeks during a guest’s stay, however I personally feel the rooms may be deteriorating due to the high number of guests and the lack of regular housekeeping. Guests simply cannot maintain rooms to the same standard as professional housekeepers. If this continues, I am genuinely concerned about how the overall condition and cleanliness of the rooms will be maintained in the coming years. Additionally, almost all the female staff particularly were not friendly or welcoming compared to the level of hospitality I have experienced in other suites and hotels around the world. I also believe management should improve the quality and condition of the cutlery, plates, and kitchen essentials, as they felt below standard.

Pedí la cancelación de la reserva y no me resolvieron, no use el servicio y me lo cobraron igual Cuando hice la reserva me decía que podía cancelar Llame para cancelar ,y no me resolvieron, llené la solicitud y todavía estoy esperando una notificación Pésimo el servicio

Clean the room better because I step on piece of glasses my friend went to front desk requested for room service they handed her the broom intead. she asked for first aid kit they did not have any. my lamp didnt work, the remote battery was dead. And the receptionist lady was rude. And I gotta go to front desk to request towels.that was unbelievable
