浴室や部屋の椅子に髪の毛、テーブルが汚れている、冷蔵庫内が汚れている等、清潔さに欠けた壁や家具に傷があり、やや快適さに欠ける換気扇が弱又は強しか選べず、24時間運転していたが、音が不快だった
