I loved the reception area; it felt warm and inviting and was filled with light. I loved that my room was spacious and traditional; tatami matted and I slept comfortably on a futon. And I thought the staff professional and so kind. An added plus, was the onsen and the yukata provided for guests.

Only that the rug by the windows seemed spotted. Also, the room was initially very warm and felt like a sauna until I turned the heat down.
