Die sehr zentrale Lage ist komfortabel. Das Personal zeigte sich sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, sowohl innen als auch außen. Es wird englisch oder dänisch kommuniziert, deutsch nur sehr eingeschränkt. Das Abendessen war schlicht und schmeckte nicht und konnte zudem nicht abbestellt werden. Am Hotel waren die Parkmöglichkeiten arg eingeschränkt. Wer Wert auf einen akzeptablen Komfort legt, ist hier fehl am Platz.

Zustand des Gebäudes, das Zimmer war nicht ausreichend beheizt, lose Kabel aus der Wand, das Essen in Qualität und Quantität, die Parkplätze

Everything else.. worst hotel experience of my life Put in a basement room past the kitchen and maintenance room. Staff were rude, abrupt and awkward from the beginning. Free parking which of course was not free at the end. Took our car keys incase they needed to move it for a guest leaving (I completely understand that) however each time we went to get something from our car, it was moved or gone and we had to wait for staff members to return with key.. would have been easier to park in the public carpark next to the hotel as they ended up charging us either way. After she told us it was free, (I have the booking messages) Spa wellness area did not exist, Literally did not exist. When I showed the owner the pictures of the spa online she’s told me “take it up with booking.com, they lied not her”. Our room was booked as part of our honeymoon stay, and we literally got put in a basement passed the workers area and the staff entrance to the kitchen and garage. (Yes they were aware it was our honeymoon, they even gave us two single beds) Sat down for breakfast one morning (the only morning we took breakfast while staying, thank god) We took a table and sat down, we were the only two in the restaurant, half way through our breakfast the owner came and interrupted our eating to tell us we had sat at a table that was designated to us. I explained that we didn’t know we had a certain table and the waitress who was there didn’t tell us either. She then was joined by 2 additional staff and after they spoke to a few minutes in german she said. “ where did you sit yesterday morning, and for dinner the last nights” I told her we didn’t as we ate out each day. To which her response was “ why not, why didn’t you eat here.?” She then proceeded to speak about us to all the staff, literally pointing at us. We did not finish our breakfast and left.
