Stay was fine, comfortable beds. Room didn’t smell “old”. Good breakfast options friendly staff.

Bathroom appeared clean yet found ‘body’ hairs on shower walls, on counter near ‘clean towels’. Around toilet seat and floor. Bed was comfortable however, because of the ‘hairs’ I seconded guessed how clean the room actually was. I feared the same ‘rag’ was used to clean bathroom, toilet shower counter and desk/remote. Tv never really worked. Staff was no help. Room and experience was not worth the $250 that was paid. 4 adults, 4 towels. If you need a second hair towel for long hair, it’s like pulling teeth to ask for another towel.

The rooms were larger than expected, clean and comfortable. The breakfast lounge/ lobby area is comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was better than what you find at most hotels. There is a small outdoor patio area that was comfortable and clean

The price was pretty high for this type of hotel I feel like it was raised up for the weekend due to other events in the area that weekend.

Nice and clean

I checked into the room late evening and discovered that the TV didn’t work, ‘No signal’ display on the screen. Called the front desk and the clerk said he was busy and it would be an hour before he could come to the room to deal with the issue due to him being the only staff on duty. It was getting late so I told him not to bother. As I was checking out the following morning I told the clerk (different person) about the TV issue and he said the problem was caused by the ‘wind’ and because I booked through Booking.com that I would have to contact Booking.com with my complaint. I told him this was the hotel’s problem to fix and he stated since I booked through a third party vendor the hotel had no way to address the situation. I left feeling like a second class citizen because I booked through your website. Needless to say I will never stay at a Hilton Honors again.
