Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und beantwortet jede Frage schnell. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Die Betten waren super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war reibungslos. Der kostenlose Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage hat uns gut gefallen. Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft sauber.

Die Ausstattung ist definitiv ausbaufähig. Die Küche ist sehr rudimentär ausgestattet. An den Wänden ist die Tapete überall sehr abgenutzt. Die Duschbrause konnte nicht festgestellt werden.

Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist super, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett, wir konnten die Wohnung bereits früher beziehen.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr abgenutzt, leider nicht in Stand gehalten, siehe Bilder. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, hat es eventuell schwer, da der Auto- sowie Straßenbahnlärm doch sehr ausgeprägt ist.

De ruimte

Dat alles oud en krakkemikkig is. Gaten in de deur, kasten die niet goed sluiten. Alles is beschadigd. Er is geen koud water. Het water wordt meteen lauw
