Fermin Suite - Iberorent Apartments

The property was in a fabulous location in the Old part of town with all the bars and restaurants on your doorstep but inside the doorstep, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. A 10 minute walk to the beach, La Concha. The facilities inside the apartment were excellent on the whole, kitchen spacious and clean and the dining area comfortable and plenty of space. Bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and modern and lots of wardrobe/drawer space. Internet worked perfectly, there were 3 TVs in total. The apartment is airy and very spacious but obviously in the old part of town with narrow streets and tall buildings there was not much natural light, but the actual lighting worked very well so it was never an issue and with the beautiful San Sebastián weather I was outside most of the time. Check in and check out was extremely easy. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wanted to be smack bang in the centre of the old town with its beautiful atmosphere and plenty of life and soul.

It definitely wasn’t cheap and for the cost I would have expected a more comfortable/ luxurious seating lounge area.

It is perfectly located in the best spot, it is in the middle of the old town. The apartment is beautiful, modern and the spaces are well distributed. Everything was perfect! 👍🏻

Idéalement situé dans la vieille ville. Appartement très moderne et agréable. Un super accueil même à distance par l'équipe de location qui répond très rapidement et veille à ce que le séjour se passe pour le mieux. Bravo ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Slightly loud at night but that’s expected with such a central location.
