Very attentive to anything we needed. Super clean and neat. Very quiet at night. We will be back when we visit Steamboat again.

We had a wonderful stay! These cottages are so cute, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay- including a full kitchen! My boys requested this to be an annual stay. Faye was attentive and added a personal touch to our stay. I would highly recommend!!

Owner was extremely helpful and greeted me at arrival. Place was very quiet and comfy, and exactly what I needed after a long day of driving. Will visit again when in area!

we stayed in the motel side of the property and the room was great! beds weren’t the comfiest but not a big deal. good size fridge and nice, clean bathrooms. Faye is the host and the customer service is 10/10, great communication and very accommodating.

In a quiet location

Quiet location. Easy parking. Easy drive to steamboat. Bathroom needs hanging hooks and more counter space. Pillows on bed could use some improvement. Friendly owner

We had a great stay!

Good amenities like large fridge, microwave, toaster. But there was only one window which looked out into the parking area. The room was dark and the overhead light was very dim. There were lights next to the beds that were brighter, and the light in the bathroom was bright enough. Although there were outlets next to the bed, there were insufficient electric outlets to charge everything that we needed to charge overnight. The room was small, which would not necessarily be a problem, but there was no place to set things except on the floor. There were some clothing hooks on one wall but it would be nice to have more, and/pr some shelves. This is an older property which has been somewhat fixed up on the interior, but the walls are still thin, and we heard people come in at one in the morning.

Great little place to call home base. Clean, affordable and excellent location if you're an outdoors person. The owner was very accommodating and friendly, just like you'd hope for in a small town. Located at the gateway to the Flat tops!!!
