Zur Alpenruhe

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Die kleine Ferienwohnung zur Alpenruhe liegt auf dem Berg, etwas abgelegen und ca. 7 km vom Millstätter See entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr liebvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und alles in einwandfreiem Zustand. Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen und haben uns dort so wohl gefühlt dass wir sicher mal wieder kommen.

The host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They even handed out a thank you note in our language. They went above and beyond. The area was quiet and lovely.

One of our best accommodations. Very spacious even for 2 families - 5 adults and 2 children (spacious dining room and kitchen, 2 separate rooms with bathroom on the first floor and 2 separate rooms with bathroom on the 2nd floor, well connected to each other). Pleasantly warm everywhere (February 2024). Pleasant and kind owners.

The following is not the fault of the accommodation provider himself: Arrival is more complicated due to the narrow and unmaintained road in winter (when arriving from the north, from Salzburg). In winter, it is necessary to go around and come to the accommodation from the south. Winter restrictions are not marked on google maps. However, the owners warned us about this in advance.

This was a wonderful relaxing location. The view was spectacular and my granddaughters loved the outdoor play area with the playhouse and the toys that were in the sunroom. It was wonderful to sit on the private patio in the afternoon. The beds were very comfortable and we were thrilled with the amount of space in the 3 bedroom. The hostess was very gracious and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable.

Plenty of room at property and comfortable beds. Good shower upstairs. Plenty of table wear (glasses, plates, etc.) Great views and peaceful location. Owner offered to take some of family into Seeboden and pick up later when they had no car which was very kind.

Downstairs bathroom dark and dated. No kettle, iron or ironing board plus property with 3 double bedrooms really needs a washing machine. Kitchen worktops very low for average height or taller people.
