OYO Hotel Downtown Peoria I-74

I want a refund, shame on Expedia for supporting this dump, first bug I get on me I'm gone. Shame on you. Refund me

This was one of the worst motels in the area! It's dirty and full of prostitution and heroin addicts dirty syringes that have been used by the local drug addicts who have no respect for others and their family or family's. The owners know just exactly what type of people that they're renting their rooms to and know that it's not a safe environment for anyone let alone them and their family especially children.. I am in disbelief of the things that go on at this very motel if you have your children or loved ones with you or any morals about you you would not rent at this motel for you would know you were not safe from crime disease theft all of the above any person's worst nightmare you'll find it at the local Oyo's sadly... I am not one to leave bad reviews unless it was earned and by that I mean myself nor my family felt safe at this location or the other one in Morton.. we live on a strict tight budget and we have to stay at the lower end motels which cleanliness is not the least of my worries when it comes to these locations it's the safety. Safety is number one in any normal persons life.. safety is not what you get when you spend your money at these locations and I advise and urge you to not put your money on a ran down prostitute drug-filled environment.. I beg that anyone reading this will know that I'm not making this up and I have in mind safety for you and your family I only wish I would have known what I was walking into before renting a room at either location for the activity was the same at both locations a nightmare a parents were nightmare.. as far as the Oyo owners go you know who you are renting to you know the familiar faces and you know the familiar activity and I suggest if you want your company to continue to stay afloat you will read your property of any ill people you rent to..

Had I wanted to stay in a homeless shelter I wouldn’t have tried staying at a hotel. Also now I know where to find a prostitute in Peoria, IL. As I was trying to check in, a woman started a crazy ruse about being locked out of her room by a supposed partner and then she asked if I could give her a ride. I decided at that time I wasn’t going to stay. The desk clerk, an older Caucasian man with blonde hair, told me my reservation was canceled and I wouldn’t get charged. Then I was charged! This hotel Is not for tourists or for business travelers. It is for homeless people and those looking to hook-up. This place should be advertised as a brothel and flop house and not as a respectable hotel.

Damaged door, damaged dresser, no chair.

Horrible. Was supposed to have a room at 3pm check in and they didn’t even have a room clean at 5:45pm they sent us away for an hour to clean a room. I canceled and they still charged me the full price even though they didn’t have anything ready. Do NOT STAY here. should be ashamed that they even have them on there site. Total waste of time and money!!!!!!!!

Get what you pay for.

While the rooms were very clean, and we were put in a decent location. The deadbolt didnt lock to anything no chain on door as extra precaution. But it was ok for what i needed. Just one night waiting on a baby to be born. I dont think id stay there again, due to safety concerns. But the people running it were very nice, so if you really need an affordable motel near hospital for a night. This one is ok.
