駅近。 棟貸なのでプライベート空間。

スリッパなく、洗面所床はベタっとしました。 掃除は行き届いていないとすぐに感じたので、 全ての床、階段、階段手すり、トイレのスリッパを拭き掃除しました。 お風呂浴槽の蓋が繋がれている部分のパッキンには、 びっしりと黒カビ。 湯をためて入ってから気づきました。 流石に耐えられず、湯を落とし、スポンジでカビ取りをして、もう一度お湯をはりました。 浴槽は小さいので男性にはきつい。 大きい道に近く、夜、救急車、バイクの音かなり聞こえ、外を歩く人の声もかなり聞こえました。 コーヒーメーカーはありますが、インスタントコーヒーしか置いてありません。水も置いてないです。 台所も清潔感なく、使用する気にはなれませんでした。 2階のお茶が置いてあったトレイの埃すごかったです。 細かい事気にしない。という方向き。

Location was nice and the house is very cute

The smell in the bedroom was horrible. I suspect mattress just need replacing it was really bad

The location is great, close to train station. It saved lots of hassle by using coded door access. It has two floors and my kid liked it. The bedroom has two windows which can be opened that is also good. Enough towels and toiletries. Nice little touch such as offers of bottled water and green tea.

The ventilation fans for the kitchen area cannot be turned off and it is very loud. There was construction work next to the property when we stayed and it was very noisy. There was no washing machine so it wasn't convenient. The kitchen area is very small with no space to actually sit down and eat. Not very spacious.

Location & facilities

Cute but cramped if more than 2. We were 2 adults and a 12 yr old. As someone mentioned earlier, travel light as stairs could be a challenge. Wouldn’t called it typical Japanese but was fun never the less. Shower good n hot.

Slightly cramped in bed area even for 2 people.

事前に連絡していた細かい要望についても柔軟に対応いただけて助かりました。 玄関と脱衣所にも暖房があり、快適に過ごすことができました。

I really loved this beautiful and cosy little house. Everything was nice here and the location is great too (15 min walk from Kyoto railway station) The shower is also great as well and the bed very comfortable

Warm little house. Real japan experience. Everything you need was prefectly fit into the house.
