Anemomylos-Windmill

Mary and Magdalini were the most fabulous hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. From picking us up at the port and driving us up to the windmill, to advice on things to do, and making sure the fridge was always fully stocked with everything you could want. They were two of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. The location was fabulous. The windmill had everything you could possibly want, and the views are to die for. Staying in Anemomylos-Windmill will be one of the best decision you make.

Words really can't explain how magical the windmill is. We had the most wonderful time. Such lovely, delicious food and treats! Everything and more has been thought of. If I could give more that 10/10 I would!

It was all wonderful

Mary and Magdaleni were very kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make everything super easy. The windmill was perfect, overlooking the whole city with a delicious breakfast in the fridge. Extra points for the fig tree, fresh fruits and homemade jams. We'll be back!

La situation, la vue était incroyable. Notre hôte Mary était fantastique et attentionnée avec ses conseils, sa gentillesse et très serviable. Nous avons été très gâtés par des petites attentions, des gâteries et des produits régionaux. Je recommande cet endroit à tous.

The windmill is in the most beautiful location overlooking the city, close to restaurants and bars in Anosyros and a 15 minute drive from the nicest beaches. You have a great view from the terrace and a fridge filled with local delicacies. The hosts, Mary and Magdalini, picked us up from the port and explained us a lot about the city and the island and where to go. They were exceptionally welcoming. We will miss the island and the windmill.

Staying at the windmill was a truly one-of-a-kind, magical experience. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the warm welcome at the port to the fridge stocked with an abundance of local treats and essentials. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Their recommendations were fantastic and added so much to the experience. A whimsical escape we’ll always treasure!

Breakfast consisted of a range of local fruit, cheeses, yoghurt,eggs and pastries. Later in the week the hosts left us a delicious quiche.

A toaster would have been useful
