In service industry and specially the hotel industry, the touch points are very important. Right from the check in formalities, staff at the reception, room decor & facilities, food, staff etiquette, behavior & courtesy etc was way beyond the expectation. But according to me the highest appreciation and points will go to the staff specially in dinning and at the breakfast time goes to them.

There are few areas, I have noted. At breakfast time, one day it was chaos as some group of people came together. Though the staff managed well, but it should have managed well in this type of hotel.. Secondly at the time of check in, the delay was there, which could have avoided by the staff.

Staff and location

We hosted a family function in one of the private lounges. The experience was great and everything was perfectly executed by the staff - including decoration and food. Special thanks to the staff for making it a wonderful experience!
