From the courteous and professional guest services at the reception to the security team, and everyone in the Food & Beverage department, room service, restaurants, housekeeping, and poolside areas—each staff member was outstanding. The level of professionalism and training was clearly evident throughout my stay. Although the property is leased by IHCL, the parent company of Taj Hotels, the staff's performance truly reflected the high standards associated with the Taj brand. Kudos to the entire team for maintaining such excellence. Keep up the great work!

The relaxed ambience

I am writing to bring to your attention several issues I experienced during my recent stay. • The comforter in my room had an unpleasant odour and was stinking, which made it quite uncomfortable to use. • Despite setting the air conditioning to 19 degrees Celsius, the room remained excessively hot. It did not provide the cooling expected at that temperature. • Additionally, the washroom flush was not functioning properly. I had to request someone from the maintenance team to come and fix it. I would appreciate if you could look into these matters and ensure they are addressed for future guests.

The staffs are really friendly and food is really awesome. Highly recommended. Must visit. Really enjoyed my family time.
