The Newport Belle

The B&B exceeded our expectations. The only thing that would have been appreciated was a second chair in the room.

Absolutely love the Newport belle. The hospitality is ourstanding ,the owners go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome .We will definitely stay here again .

A wonderful unique venue with only 5 staterooms. The host, Randy, was great about introducing guests to each other at happy hour and starting conversations. Happy hour included beer, wine or non-alcoholic beverages and cheeses, crackers, meats on the house. There were multiple options available for breakfast with a chef available to fulfill your requests. Would I return if in Newport? Absolutely.

A very pleasant surprise

What a cool experience. The location is close to everything you want to see in Newport. The owners and staff are awesome down to earth people and very helpful and insightful about the area. Rooms are nice. My wife was worried about the boat moving and rocking but we did not have issues or experience that during our stay.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary based on reviews and boy - we weren't disappointed! The moment we walked in - we felt like a part of the family! Our names were written on the board and we were greeted with delicious snacks and even more delicious cocktails! We found a bottle of champagne and rose petals in the room to celebrate our anniversary! Every detail of decor was impeccable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! But our favorite thing was friendly staff! And the room sprays! We can't wait to come back!

The B&B is beautifully decorated, breakfast was excellent as was happy hour and our room was excellent. This is a special property right in the marina and worth the price. Don’t miss it.

What a wonderful place! The room was really nice and comfortable, staff were super nice and accommodating, the view is amazing, and the food and drinks were huge perks. Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this experience at the Newport Belle. Hands down the best room in Newport.

Amazing concept for a B&B. Beautifully appointed renovated riverboat. The owners were just so interested in their guests as much as they were interesting themselves. And the breakfast was amazing too. Good choices and made to order.
