Zenza Boutique Hotel

Great spot out of the crowds. Rooms are bright and airy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beach is less than 5 minutes away via golf car.

For 500usd a night they could have at least made an effort to do a proper check in and a proper checkout. Nobody explained nothing to us, we got to know after check out that there was a gym we could use outside the premises. Coffee machine was broken in the room, shampoo was not replaced in 3 days…

My family and I had a great time at Zenza Hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back again.

The hotel was conveniently located for snorkeling and restaurants. We were disappointed to find out that the large tub in our room only had lukewarm water. It really just became an inconvenient, large empty bowl in the middle of the room. Pool temperature was too cold.

This was the perfect property for those looking for a comfortable bed and friendly staff with a very quiet environment. Our favorite beaches were walkable and the hotel provided lounge chairs for our use at said beaches. We would stay here again.

The minimalist, contemporary style is chic and sophisticated, creating a tranquil and upscale atmosphere. * Intimate Experience: The smaller size of the hotel fosters a sense of exclusivity and personalized attention. * Location: While not directly on Grace Bay, Zenza is conveniently located, offering easy access to nearby beaches. * Modern Amenities: The hotel boasts modern amenities, including a stylish pool area, a well-equipped gym, and in-room conveniences. The Cons (Areas for Improvement): * Service Inconsistencies: While the staff was generally friendly,we personally experienced noticeable inconsistencies in service. At times, responsiveness was slow, and we encountered instances where attentiveness was lacking. For ex. I misplaced my prescription sunglasses and hat at the pool after showering one evening. I went back the next morning for them but they were gone. I informed the front desk but they seemed perplexed when I asked if any of the staff had turned them in. They said they had not but I had to ask for them to contact staff. I did this on three separate occasions with three separate front staff. Finally, we directly hunted down a pool cleaner who produced the hat glasses in 5 minutes! This may seem like a minor complaint but this significantly impacted my staff and the staff seemed indifferent. We thanked and tipped the pool guys.
