Very good location, very clean apartment with kitchen amenities, shower was missing a door, the rooftop pool is great, staff is very helpful.

Very big room and well equiped. I did not like not having someone in the reception to assist.

I don’t like giving bad reviews so I will do a pros and cons Pro: Close to everything good location. If you get the loft style apartment there is privacy even if technically it’s one room. You get a bed upstairs and downstairs sofa bed (they are pretty comfortable). The pool area is nice looks just like the pictures. Cons: I am sorry but this place did not feel clean. Or look clean mainly the bathrooms. I had contacted the property twice to confirm my reservation and the second time i received response that our place is ready for arrival . We walk in the rooms are decent nice high ceilings (could use some color or decor kinda plain) but the bathrooms ugh there water waterspots on the counters the mirrors look like they haven’t been wiped. Like did anyone ever clean it?? The toilets have a plumbing issue or something because both bathrooms clogged (no we did not throw toilet paper in it) imagine you wake up at 5 in the morning to use the bathroom and the toilet doesn’t flush. Luckily my husband knew how to fix the flush and somehow we made it through. Just disgusting. Why are the bathroom trash cans so small. Ughh the bathroom situation (we had two bathrooms in our rooms both nasty looking and both clogged) just made the whole place feel nasty. Please improve the Decor and cleanliness. Otherwise like I said, it is in a great location has all the amenities and looks just like the pics. The roof top pool area is great.

We chose this place because of the gated parking garage which was great so we didnt have to worry about the rental car. The place is just like the photos but be aware there is no elevator so if you are on the 3rd floor & coming up from the basement parking garage, you gotta carry all your bags up 4 flights of stairs.... Also there is only 1 small window which you need to keep the shade down for any privacy so its a bit dark with no natural light BUT that might be a bonus to help block the noise outside. The bad only had 2 pillows instaed of 4. There is an AKI supermarket nearby so we went shopping & used the ffull kitchen to cook a few meals. There are taco stands and juice stands & even a veg food cart right downstairs so thats convenient. Tbere are plenty of places to eat nearby & loads of shops.

Staff couldn’t not help the problem with this place. The manager should step in but of course they didn’t . It’s started with the false advertising of this apartment as hotel. The next issue is the first room had a broke AC and super hot, then we had to cal someone to come open the door for us since no pow was there as the desk. Moreover after the switch to another room that room smelled bad, the water smelled like the sewer, the lights went out, we literally had to bath with water we brought from the store. Moreover Expedia also is to blame because they had long hold times just to be hold up on we called for 3 days straight and no switching of the hotel until like the 3 days and no refund of our money and the place was un livable. I will never book with them again they made my trip for me birthday horrible seriously.

Great place be at

We had the most amazing stay. The first morning was a bit rough due to the fact that we went out the night before and brought my birthday in we were woken up by loud construction in the next room. I reached out to the manager of the property and she ensured us it would not happen again and it didn't. She was so kind and informative . she helped us find fun in the neighborhood . This hotel is the PERFECT LOCATION. I previously stayed in cancun and had to take cabs everywhere. however here everything is in walking distance. If you wanna wake up at 3am and get food you can because there are food carts all over . The super market is only 3 blocks down. there are so many options so many great things to eat. The pool was amazing and relaxing It was overall a GREAT STAY and i would honestly come back to this exact hotel the next time i visit. Also in america ive been looking for what i now know is called bolero hats that i can never find in any hat store in NYC and there are TWO stores that sell these hats . MADE MY BIRTHDAY . Perfect location the manager really made our stay wonderful highly recommend !

Really enjoyed staying here. Lovely bright, clean room. Cooking facilities were great. Easy walk to town. Be warned the beach is a long way from town if walking. Take a taxi unless you love walking in the heat.

Great location and super spacious and clean room with a lot of amenities including air condition. It had a huge maybe 65 inch tv with a kitchen. There was a full size refrigerator and stove with pots, pans, utensils and dish soap. There’s also a pool upstairs. Parking is included and in a garage under the property which is super convenient. Staff is great! The manager sent me a message asking what time I was coming in and when I couldn’t find the property and the manager came out to find me. There are cameras everywhere including parking garage and someone who watches the property making you feel super safe. It was a great stay! The only thing to consider is the noise level. You are right in front of a busy street so keep that in mind. Will definitely again!
