We walked in I served my 7 year old child, went to get an orange juice she said they weren't serving anymore and locked the machine 5 mins before they closed. Very rude. Very weird that an older lady asked for a drink 5 mins after and she unlocked the juice machine.

Hair (you know what kind) all over the toliet. Showered filled with all colors of long hair. Called the 800 number asked for a refund or credit. After 30 minutes on hold the man said I will transfer you to the front desk. I hung up as it was 9pm. Just thought they could do better.
