Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung; Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, alles gut.

Das Einchecken im Self-Service. Die ersten beiden Schlüsselkarten funktionierten nicht, erst die dritte. Das war verunsichernd. Dafür war halt der Preis für Heidelberg günstig.

Todo!! Hay checkin 24h y a pesar de que tuvimos un pequeño problema registrándonos tienen una línea de teléfono que contestan inmediatamente a cualquier hora del día. También nos recibieron las maletas al día siguiente, y todo en la habitación estaba perfecto.

Solo le hace falta una pequeña nevera, y tampoco tienen baño en la recepción. Pero aparte de eso todo muy bien.
