"A great hotel to be based to visit Saitama and even Tokyo"

Its location is very good near Takashimaya and the staff is very helpful.. I also like that they were willing to keep a bag for us for return stay and they accept and able to arrange Takyubin for us.

Only that the coffee / drinks bar opens only at 10 am. It would be better to have 8am-8 pm service instead. Given we don’t get drip coffee sachets, having the coffee machine opens earlier would be better.

"また泊まりたいと思います"

フロントに入ってアロマの香りと盆栽が飾られていて　色々なところに植物が置いてあり気持ちの良い空間や演出がされてました　子どもに優しいサービスがあり孫もとても喜んでました　朝食も美味しかった

良くなかったというほどでもありませんが　連休直前で宿泊代金が高くなってた　もう少し安いと有り難かった
