Adventure the Bruce Inn - Recently Renovated With Outdoor Hot Tub

Had a terrible night and ended up leaving the next day, even though I had already paid for two nights. The management was completely unhelpful – no one seemed to care about the issues I raised. The fire alarm kept going off multiple times during the night, waking me up in panic and making it impossible to sleep. Messaged the hotel, but their only response was, “The fire alarm could be triggered by anything.” They didn’t send anyone to check, nor did they offer to change another room…. Horrible service and poor management. Of course, they didn’t refund a single cent either. Will definitely not be coming back!

The Inn was lovely and well renovated. The only problem we had was that the smoke detectors went off four times during the night and we could reach anyone from the Inn to figure out wishr the local fire department and the non-emergency number for local law Enforcement . This needs to be addressed. Many rooms' detectors went off. I definitely would stay there again, but would review safety features prior to booking.

Overall nice place. Clearly was recently remodeled. Rooms are nice and clean. Very comfortable mattress and linens. Do get highway noise but quiets down after sunset. I found the downtown / restaurant area / boat dock to be within a reasonable walking distance. Staff was very friendly.

Check in was easy and friendly. Room was clean & spacious.. however the tv was ROKU and found it impossible to find regular tv stations… asked at front desk but problem was not resolved..we were unable to watch NFL game or MLB game.. stuck,watching Columbo & Lets make a Deal!!

Very clean and comfortable, pleasant staff, and excellent location near to town and shopping.

Food shopping for their outdoor grills is right across the street.

Great quiet place near Tobermory Lakeshore. Clean and convenient. Like our stay.

We stayed here for a 2-day family visit and really enjoyed our time. The property is clean, close to the main Tobermory market, and the management was very friendly and approachable. Overall, a lovely stay!
