"Not worth the money"

The only positive is that the location was where I needed it to be since I was visiting family nearby. But overall this hotel was not worth the money.

The hotel stinks- literally. The town itself has a paper mill and waste treatment plant, so it's a double whammy of bad smell that blows in, plus the hotel being pet friendly with fake pet grass that is absolutely loaded with urine. The urine smell was blowing into our AC unit and made our entire room smell like an actual litter box. Management essentially argued with us, disagreed, then opened the patio door and gagged, stating yes it's this fake grass, I'll have them pour bleach on it and move your room. The next room still had a similar smell, was dusty and the shower sealant was dark in spots which felt gross. We wanted to eat breakfast before leaving and there was a hair, giant hair, in the waffle batter when I lift the ladle, so I just grabbed an apple and left. The pool was very nice.
