"Exceptional"

Location was good. Apartment was comfortable. Disappointed that no live music was on. Bar staff very nice and helpful. The bar food was average, we only used the bar once to eat. We did enjoy the beer garden, good atmosphere, but only on in the day.

No live music, that was mentioned by booking dot com. We did book, expecting live music.

"We would go to the same place again"

The apartment was well furnished and warm It was right next door to an M&S food hall but also very central and near the walks along the promenade

The apartment was up a lot of very steep stairs difficult with heavy luggage and with any back or knee issues Also only two saucepans and no small sharp knives.

"Really relaxing stay, the two for one steak night was a bonus. Staff helpful and welcoming."

Room was quiet in spite of being over the pub. The beds were really comfortable and there was a choice of pillows. Plenty of towels, The shower was great, choice of shower or bath. The place was spotless.

Shampoo and shower gel could have been provided bit that was a minor issue.

"Perfect Again.We love it"

The accommodation is so comfortable for 4 adults. It’s got everything you need It is always very clean. 2nd time staying. Its is a perfect position in Dartmouth. The staff are like friends. Nothing too much trouble from everyone. Can’t rate it high enough. 19 stars 🌟

"Exceptional place & location"

This is our second visit, this year Wonderful location, excellent facilities.

Nothing. Only small point is no freezer box in fridge. Could not re freeze our cool pack for our picnic.
