This is a lovely apartment, well equipped and spotlessly clean. All you need for a perfect stay and free parking pass for a nearby car park. In a terrific spot for all Dartmouth has to offer.

We did have a problem with communication with the owner.

Great location in the town centre but quiet enough that it wasn’t noisy at night. Good facilities, modern and spacious. Next door to M&S food hall!

No corkscrew!! Mattress rather uncomfortable. Lounge area a little crammed and settee not particularly comfy. TV in lounge area too high so looking up at it when sat on sofa (although TVs in both bedrooms so could watch sat on the bed for more comfort!). Great if you don’t spend any time in accommodation but not so great if you do! No view from windows other than a stone wall.

It was large and spacious and in a perfect position to explore the town. The pub downstairs did an excellent dinner when we arrived and the car park is opposite about a 5 min walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful and checking in and out is simple. The inclusion of a parking permit for the car park opposite is a bonus.

There are a lot of stairs to the apartment which with two heavy cases was difficult but OK. For someone with mobility issues it could be a no go. There’s need for an extract above the cooker because after cooking a small breakfast the kitchen smelt for a day or so. Opening the window didn’t really help especially as it was left open anyway due to the abnormally high temps for Sept in the UK.

Location was brilliant. Place was nice.

We found a empty coke bottle next to the bed side table, a false nail and a clump of hair under the bed, empty loo roll and dirty tissue in the drawer. 2 pair's of socks in another drawer. A siver ring under the bed. Sweet papers under the furniture. Mattress on both beds were awful. Very noisy, didn't get much sleep.

Lovely spacious apartment in the heart of Dartmouth. Both rooms were double and roomy with TVs in both rooms (which we didn't use). Quiet location apart from the nesting seagulls but nothing you can do about that! Literally a minute walk from the shops and restaurants, great location. Parking permit was also brilliant and the car park is a stones throw away from the apartment, its not a guaranteed space but we parked with no issues but the car park does fill up quickly so luck of the draw. Pub does nice food and the owner makes lovely homemade cakes you can buy which were huge portions. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Ideally located in Dartmouth very central to all amenities. Very roomy and decor to a good spec. Comfortable through out.

Only one thing! The settee arms were to tall to sit comfortable. A very minor point, but you did ask the question

Great location

Mattress on bed in back bedroom has line of springs sticking up making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Duvets are too heavy for summer sleeping. We took it off and just used the cover. Could have done with at least 1 more medium non stick pot in the kitchen. Also needed to supply oven gloves. Fridge has no freezer compartment so no ice available.
