The beach access..The location being close to Publix, entertainment, good restaurants, and light traffic..

Well this is petty but I like decor...There were screws where pictures used to hang down the hall, and the one canvas in kitchen was hung sideways...My grandson said there was something under his bed that looked like pictures so I'm not sure if previous renters removed them or it's been that way.. Maybe something you want to check... Underneath the washing machine lid needs cleaning as it's corroded in black buildup... The front stove eye will not sit level to point your pot slides off and the left eye doesn't heat correctly...We loved the table on the back, but there are 4 bar stools pushed against the outside storage door that take up unnecessary space that we could have used.. This is not a unit that we will rebook, but would consider another one inside this facility..

Condo space and location.

Condo in not well kept. Needs deep cleaning and updating. Broken electric outlets, broken lamps, badly stained furniture, uneven (broken) range heating elements. Deck cluttered with old furniture.

Location was good. There were plenty of carts for moving stuff and no long elevator waits.

Living area was small. Balcony was cluttered with unused furniture.
