Ottima posizione e appartamento molto bello. Peccato non venga manutenzionato.

L’aria condizionata non funziona e viene anche io abbia soggiornato a fine maggio, 1 giugno c’erano più di 27° in casa con l’aria condizionata accesa. Inoltre, gli scarichi dei lavandini del bidet e della doccia non funzionavano e bidet e lavandino li ho dovuti pulire io, perché erano intasati.

Appartamento estremamente funzionale, ho apprezzato l'arredamento e la pulizzia ottimi,terrazino vista mare, nonostante Genova sia un problema il parcheggio non ho trovato difficolta a trovare uno sotto casa, a pagamento il sabato 5 euro intera giornata, se fortunati come me nel week end di pasqua non si pagava, vicino al porto vecchio a piedi 20 minuti, puntuale la consegna chiavi .. anzi in anticipo concordato via Whatsup, Grazie Susanna, gentili anche Woderful italy che ci ha forniti di seconda chiave, e presente un divano letto dove hanno dormito mia figlia e amica, letto principale molto comodo, Cucina super accessoriata forno , induzione, microonde, Nespresso con 4 cialde e zucchero apprezatissime, in zona 50m sono presenti 2 supermercati, al piano terra pasticceria :), le foto non rendono abbastanza merito all'appartamento super

unico neo la 4° sedia ancora rotta :) sostituita da uno dei 2 sgabelli presenti nel cucinotto senza troppo fastidio

La pulizia dell' appartamento e anche il suo design.

Il servizio clienti era pessimo. Dopo la prenotazione non cancellabile, ci hanno chiesto 60€ aggiuntivi come costo extra per la presenza dei bambini. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, mostrando che il sito di booking prevede 4 ospiti per il prezzo originale. Il servizio clienti era solo tramite una chat whatsapp. Dopo le nostre proteste il servizio non ci ha risposto. Arrivati alla casa il divano che doveva ospitare i nostri figli non era fatto, mancavano le coperte invernali e la condizione del divano letto era precaria. Inoltre 3 delle 4 sedie erano rotte, abbiamo segnalo subito il problema ma nessuno è venuto a sostituirle

Rent och snyggt. Låg bra till för det vi var i Genua för. Skön säng bra badrum
