I notified the front desk that I had disposed of a silver fish in my room.

Clerk couldn't identify my purchase at first through travago until he made a phone call.. the key was sitting right there🙄

Nice size shower.

None of the power plugs worked on the wall. Asked for extension cord and they didn't have any.

The location.

Day1. Arrived at 11p on a Thursday. Notified the hotel of my late arrival time early in the afternoon. Arrived ontime and was told by desk clerk I had already gotten my room. I assured her I hadnt, provided my Id and pressed for details, worrying I may have been hacked. The clerk quickly realized a mistake was made and that I hadnt been the one to get the keys to the room. She called the room, and told them they must leave. 45mn and 2 phonecalls later, two very high and disheveled folk come to the desk. The clerk says to them "This was my fault. My Fault." But I am unsure hownor why it happened at all if they had already made a copy of his Id, and verified the name on the reply. She made the excuse she cant hear out of one ear and may have misheard the guest give his name. I gave them a pass, and went to the room. That she said was "cleaned". Day 2. 5pm. My son and I came back to rest before dinner, and the room above us on the 3rd floor contained a child who was running from one end of the room to the other. Jumping up and down, dropping shit on the floor...I called the front desk. Same clerk. Nothing done till I went downstairs and personally complained. Like before she called the room and said "Someone here is complaining about your child running." It stopped. We went to dinner, came back and settled in. My Son said his bed was oddly soft. we pulled the sheet back to discover a comforter that been urinated on. Badly. Sheet under was clean. He slept on the couch, We went to bed. Day3. 8am. Kid upstairs was at it again. Then, 830a..someone came into our room. turned on the light and said HOUSEKEEPING. I lost my mind. told them to get out. he did. said he would be back. I ran to the door, the person was already on the elevator, no housekeeping cart insight. I go back into the room and angrily pulled off my sheet to discover multiple urine stains and a dark brown stain. My son takes off his bottom sheet and finds the same.
