Comfort Inn & Suites Olive Branch Old Towne

Both times we reserved this hotel they sent us a text on the day of arrival asking what time we expected to get there, which was unusual but we didn't mind and figured maybe it would guarantee they were ready when we got there. Last summer we thought this hotel was very nice, with large suite-style rooms. On this year’s visit the hotel still looked nice, but when we got off the elevator on the third floor the entire hallway had a strong musty stench which continued into our room. Using the air conditioner did not help the odor. It was so bad that I woke up several times and wondered if the smell was what had awoken me. The towels were not absorbent at all, like they probably used too much fabric softener. My husband found hair in the bathroom that didn’t match either of us. So we will not be staying here again.

Dirty. No towel racks in bathroom. No lamp on desk which I really needed. Carpet frayed. Vending machine out of order. Sheet so old the fabric was pilled. Guy at desk couldn't even tell us whether we would find restaurants to the left or right on the road in front of hotel. Dreadful experience. Don't go here.

We were close to where we planned to hangout that weekend. Everyone was kind and check-in/out was quick and easy. The breakfast was decent too.

My sheets were dirty with blood stains and other unidentifiable stains, and the, bathroom was not fully re-supplied with lotion. The shower was not repaired to fix the missing soap dish. Even though housekeeping supplied us with cleaner bed covers, the overall experience was not satisfying.

Location was convenient to where I needed to go while in town.

The phone signal was horrible so we had to get on WiFi which was horrible because everyone was on it…I didn’t like that. I also asked for my bed sheets to be changed and they weren’t.

This was a great place to stay . Only thing was the guest next door was awful. Screaming and loud talking

Not enough tiles in the room for a bath

It’s difficult to find. Not visible from the street. No signage. Floor was filthy, my clean socks were black after walking just a short amount on the tile floor. Vending machine sparsely stocked and only accepted cash. We had to ask for towels. Not up to Comforts usual standards. Disappointed
