Good hotel, good location

The maintenance man was asleep at the switch so to speak. Toilet seat was dispatched, reported the next morning and not fixed by end of day. I simply ask for and was assigned a different room. This tells me that there is a lack of attention to detail and communication and caring among the support staff. The cleaner did not notice or report? The maintenance man ignored ? Not sure is everything is going down hill these days or what.

Every time I come to visit, I enjoy my stay. The staff are welcoming. The rooms are always clean and comfortable!

I don't really have much to say that I didn't like. I have come to Hyatt every time I've come to visit and I've never had anything to complain about. Keep up the great work!
