Staff was very wonderful and attentive. Although an older hotel, it was very clean. Breakfast had a great selection of options daily. They also offer laundry service (per garment) if needed.

While hotel is in a prime location, at night the area could get shady. However, the hotel itself is very safe.

"Decent city centre hotel"

Lots of fresh fruit for breakfast. Big room, central location easy walking distance to the Prado and plaza.

It took a while to work out how to get the shower at a sensible temperature.
