Bamboo Green Hotel

Clean and comfortable hotel in good location. Nice balcony with river view. Lovely staff, who let us check out at 15:30 without charging us extra!!

Room is a little small.

The weather is too hot

Clean comfortable rooms, good location, nice balcony, helpful staff when they were around. Good value for the size of room.

We sometimes had trouble with the toilet not flushing. It was also sometimes difficult to find any staff to speak to. And the hotel being very smokey at times which i think was due to a large amount of incense being lit with no windows open.

Didn’t see any breakfast

It was very cold air on did not work tv did not work towels were holey and very old

The staff were great, nice view and great shower.

Being able to smell people smoking in other rooms wasn't great. The bed is also incredibly firm.

We loved the owners here as they helped us cancel a food grab order that we sent to the wrong location by calling the restaurant for us - this was so helpful and we were so grateful for this. Also helped us arrange motorbike hire with a really great company who provided bikes in very good condition and helmets too. Facilities were great, really clean, comfy and modern! Good view of the river too!

The only thing we could even mention was it was loud one of the evenings, this was down to other guests but it kept us awake - we thought that they could have been asked to be a little quieter as it was very loud.
